Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) carefully before using Card Savvy’s services. By placing an order or subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms below.


1. Interpretation and Definitions


Interpretation

Words with initial capitals have defined meanings under “Definitions.”

Definitions

  • “Company”, “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Card Savvy LLC.
  • “Service” means our digital business card platform and any related products (including physical NFC-enabled cards).
  • “Subscription” refers to any recurring paid plan for digital card hosting or premium features.
  • “Order” refers to a one-time purchase of physical cards
  • “You” means the individual or entity placing an Order or Subscription.


2. Cancellation


2.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused days in a billing period.


2.2 Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel a physical card Order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@cardsavvy.io.
  • After 24 hours, production is underway and cancellations may not be possible.


3. Refunds


3.1 Digital Services

  • Subscriptions: No refunds for partial billing periods; you retain access until period end.
  • One-Time Digital Products: All sales final; no refunds.


3.2 Physical Products

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if items are defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • To qualify, returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error.


4. Refund Process

  1. Submit Request: Email support@cardsavvy.io with “Refund Request” in the subject, your Order number, and reason.
  2. Return Authorization: If eligible, we’ll send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  3. Inspection & Approval: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 7 business days.
  4. Issuing Refund: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-engraved or personalized cards once artwork is approved.
  • Expedited shipping charges (unless the return is our error).
  • Gift cards or promotional credits.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, contact your bank or payment provider.

7. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
