Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Service operated by Card Savvy LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

“Content” means text, images, code, or other materials you submit or generate via the Service.
“Service” means the Card Savvy website and any related applications.
“You” means the individual or entity using the Service.

2. Acknowledgment

These Terms govern your use of our Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree, do not use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy (below).

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an Account.
You’re responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your Account.

4. Service Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time without notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
Upload malicious code, viruses, or spam;
Infringe others’ intellectual property rights;
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All Service content (software, design, text, logos) is owned by the Company or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Payments and Billing

Subscription fees (if any) are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your Account.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. “As Is” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to first seek informal resolution; if that fails, disputes will be brought in the courts of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be posted with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
