Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) carefully. This Policy explains how Card Savvy LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles the processing, shipping, and delivery of physical and digital products ordered through our Service.


1. Interpretation and Definitions


Interpretation

Words with initial capitals have the meanings set out under “Definitions.”

Definitions

  • “Order” means your purchase of physical cards or one-time digital products.
  • “Physical Products” means NFC-enabled cards or any other tangible items we ship.
  • “Digital Products” means downloadable templates or digital purchases.
  • “Service” means our website and related ordering systems.
  • “You” means the individual or entity placing an Order.


2. Order Processing

  • Digital Products: Delivered instantly via email or account download link once payment clears.
  • Physical Products:
  • Processing Time: We fulfill physical Orders within 3 business days of payment confirmation and design approval.
  • Custom Orders (e.g. engraved or personalized cards): May require up to 5 business days for processing.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimates


Region Method Estimated Delivery


United States Standard (USPS) 5–7 business days


United States Expedited (UPS) 2–3 business days


Canada & Mexico International 7–14 business days


Rest of World International 10–21 business days



  • Cutoff Times: Orders placed before 2 PM CST on a business day enter processing that same day. Orders after 2 PM CST begin processing the next business day.
  • Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method.
  • Free Standard U.S. Shipping on physical Orders over $100.


5. Tracking & Delivery

  • After shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with carrier and tracking number.
  • Use that tracking link to monitor your delivery.
  • Signature may be required for high-value shipments.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international shipments, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country.
  • We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance.


7. Delivery Issues

Delays

  • We are not liable for carrier-caused delays (weather, customs, natural disasters).


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Report lost or damaged shipments to support@cardsavvy.io within 30 days of shipment date.
  • We will coordinate with the carrier to file a claim and, if validated, replace or refund the affected Order.


8. Address Changes & Returns

  • Address Changes: Must be requested before the Order ships. Email support@cardsavvy.io with your Order number.
  • Returns: See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for instructions on returning defective or incorrect items.
